Artists, architects, and designers were invited to submit fantastical proposals for how to occupy the Guggenheim’s Rotunda, the ‘void’ created by Frank Lloyd Wright’s spiraling ramps. The design was meant to evoke these competition-style entries in a playful display which also met conservation needs.
