Gabriele Münter: Contours of a World
Gabriele Münter was a brilliant, curious modernist painter of 20th century Europe. Forever experimenting, this exhibition illustrates the fascination she brought towards a variety of topics, including landscapes, portraits, interiors and still life, as well as her unexpected photography practice and love of travel. With close ties to origins of the Blue Rider movement, this joyous show is a welcome celebration of her often overlooked, admirable, and highly influential career.
